My guest today has got to be the best known stock market pundit in the UK. His red bow tie and braces have been synonymous with sage advice about the financial world for at least three decades, most recently on GB News and Talk TV. What you may not know about him is that he was a key player in the Big Bang in the City of London in the 1980s including the establishment of the secondary AIM market, and was one of the founders of Seven Investment Management which now has over £19 billion under management and more than 400 staff. At a time when any sane person would be retiring to the golf course, he’s at it again seeking to revive the concept of local stock markets that invest in local businesses as Chairman of an organization called Regionally. His name, of course, is Justin Urquhart Stewart.
